		CONDITIONS OF ENTROLLMENT For the enrollment it is necessary to send to the International Solomon University Enrollment Commission a complete package of documents in according to a list. It can be done personally or by a valuable parcel post to address: 01135, Ukraine, Kiev, Sholudenko street, 1б, ISU Enrollment Commission. In a statement specify your exact postal and mail address for further correspondence, specify a form of study (full-time or distance) and speciality which you chose.	List of necessary documents: application to the Rector`s name, questionnaire, contract in two copies, copies of certificate or diploma about secondary or higher education, which got before, 2 fotos 3х4, official record, giving a right to the privileges (at presence of), copies of passport (all filled turns) and certificate with an identification code (only for the citizens of Ukraine).
