		SPECIALITIES 4/10 Transition of Ukraine from administratively command system to market mechanisms of regulation of economy is indissolubly connected with an eminence of a role of the law. Because law, its norms establish levels of a game rule for all participants of economic relations, protect their property, freedom of a competition. It has caused growth of demand for the qualified jurists who are capable to provide protection of interests of subjects of managing on the lawful bases. The constitutional declaration of the person as the highest value in a society on new has raised the question both about protection of the rights and freedom of the citizen, and about their judicial protection. It also is connected with an eminence of a role of lawyers in maintenance of appropriate functioning of public relations. To be the lawyer is not only to know laws, but also to be able to put them into practice, to understand organic communication of each norm of the right with life, constantly to struggle for justice, to aspire to make the world around better, to overcome the negative phenomena, which disturb people's lives. If you aspire to receive such profession, you should enter the International Solomon university on a speciality "Jurisprudence". The faculty works in structure of two chairs: public law and private law, which provide corresponding specialization. Spheres of application of the professional knowledge of the lawyer are diversified: judge, public prosecutor, lawyer, notary, worker of state bodies, legal adviser of the economic organizations. This list can be continued infinitely: hence the juridical education enables to work in any other sphere.	The study process is carried out on full-time and part-time forms, and also under the program of reception of the second higher education according to the curriculum approved by the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine. This plan includes an obligatory under the standard set of disciplines, which students need to learn for reception of the bachelor's, specialist's, master's degrees in jurisprudence. Students receive thorough humanitarian preparation: in philosophy, history, the economic theory, sociology, psychology, political science, computer science, etc. The theory of state and law, and also branch legal disciplines are fundamentally studied. In particular, it is constitutional law, civil law and process, the criminal law and process, the labour law, the tax law, the financial, bank and exchange law, international, international-private law, the European and comparative law, etc. Great attention is given to modern methods of teaching, organization of independent work of students, the decision of practical tasks. At university there successfully operates a Law clinic by means of which students of the senior courses join practical jurisprudence. All this provides effective study and appropriate mastering of study material. With the purpose of deepening of theoretical knowledge and acquiring of practical skills for students are organized industrial and predegree practices: in the Constitutional court, the Highest arbitration court, the Kiev city and regional courts, in district courts of Kiev, notary's offices and in other law enforcement institutions. Language preparation The significant place in educational process is given to the language preparation of students. Ukrainian is obligatory for studying. During a semester business Ukrainian language is studied. The basic purpose of this course is perfection of skills of written speech in professional sphere. For law students studying of Latin language, which promotes mastering of necessary professional lexicon, is also obligatory. At university studying of English language from the first course is obligatory. English is studied during two years with a large number of classes. From the third course students who have successfully acquired English, have an opportunity of choice of the second foreign language: Spanish, German or French. The selected second language is studied during two years (III and IV courses).
